At Alllonebuild, our platform connects homeowners and builders; however, we are not involved in any agreements, work, or transactions between users. Alllonebuild acts only as an introducing platform (intermediary).
We are not responsible for the outcome of any project, disputes, damages, delays, or financial losses incurred between users. All agreements, negotiations, payments, and work carried out are strictly between the homeowner and the builder.
User accountability and accurate information
Both homeowners and builders must provide accurate and honest information when using our platform. Users are fully responsible for their actions, agreements, and conduct while utilising Alllonebuild's services.
It is important to ensure all details provided are truthful and reflect the actual scope of work or professional qualifications. Misrepresentation may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Disputes and legal responsibility
Any disputes that arise must be resolved directly between the homeowner and the builder. Alllonebuild will not be held liable or involved in legal claims between users.
However, if a final legal decision (court ruling or official evidence) proves that a user has acted fraudulently, dishonestly, or in violation of these terms, Alllonebuild reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
